| Rules |
| Like anywhere else, you only need to follow some basic principles of civility to ensure the premises can be enjoyed by yourself and others : |
| |
|
All indoor Plein Air Famille facilities are non-smoking. However, ashtrays are provided outside (to preserve the beauty of the grounds, please use them). |
| |
|
Condo-style lodgings are always close to other residents. Please respect their right to a calm environment. For that reason, it is forbiden to make noise inside as well as outside after 11 pm. |
| |
|
Please start the dishwasher before you leave. |
| |
|
Don't bother to make your beds! We want to change them. |
| |
|
The phone is for local call only and the internet connection cannot be used for large downloads. |
| |
|
The site is rented, furnished and equipped for a maximum of 10 persons (4 to 6 adults maximum). |
| |
|
Appliances are maintained in good working condition. |
| |
|
Safety equipment is recent and in good working condition (smoke detector, fire extinguisher, etc.). |
| |
|
The inner door of the fireplace must remain closed at all times, including when a fire is lit and when you leave the premises. |

|
Upon your departure , please leave the place tidy and clean. |
| |
|
Any breaks or other damages must be reported. |
| |
|
Garbage should not be allowed to accumulate inside the condo. It must be placed in plastic bags and deposited in the trash bins outside (on the far left). |

|
Recyclable items must be placed in the blue bin next to the trash bins. |
| |
|
The tenant is responsible for drains and sinks that are clogged or damaged through his/her fault. |

|
Pets are not allowed. |
| |
|
An inventory and site tour will be made on the day of departure. If items are missing or broken and if the condo has not been cleaned, the tenant agrees to compensate the owner. |

|
Doors and windows should be locked when the house is unattended and upon your departure. |
| |
|
The use of parking belonging to the neighborhood or to a 3rd car behind the two others is prohibited. The condo has 2 parking lots identified by street number of the condo. Other parking lots are available on Maple street in front of the condo. |

|
| Payment |
Only credit card payments are accepted.
A deposit 40% of the total amount for the booking must be paid when you sign the rental contract. The remaining amount is due before you check in. |
|
| Security deposit |
A security deposit of a minimum of $200 is required in case of damage. This deposit will be refunded within one week following departure if no damages, additional cost for cleaning, complaints (for noise, usage of neighborhood parking, etc.), or long-distance phone charges were incurred during your stay.
Minor breaks and damages (nobody is accident proof!) will not be held against you during the site inspection. |

| Cancellation |
| In case of cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the date of occupation, 60% of the deposit will be refunded to the customer. There is no refund for cancellations made less than 30 days from the date of occupation. |
